Charu Gupta
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Charu Gupta is a seasoned social entrepreneur and development leader with over 28 years of experience in advancing women’s empowerment, community development, and grassroots innovation across Rajasthan. As the founder, she has been at the forefront of designing and implementing impactful programs that uplift marginalized communities, particularly women and youth.
A strong advocate for gender equity, Charu has been an active member of the State Women Policy of Rajasthan, contributing to the creation of inclusive state-level frameworks. Her unwavering dedication to the cause has earned her the State-level Award for Women Empowerment from the Government of Rajasthan.
She serves as a board member of Kanodia Girls College, Jaipur, and holds leadership roles including Rajasthan State President (Women Wing) of the International Vaish Federation. In her commitment to creating safe and inclusive workplaces, she also serves on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Committees across government departments and corporate organizations.
Parth Gupta
Research & Policy
Parth is an FPM scholar at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and postgraduate from Delhi School of Economics.
A UGC-JRF in Commerce and NET qualified in Management and HRM, he has worked on government projects across Haryana, Rajasthan (ICSSR), and Delhi.
His research focuses on behavioural economics, education, and public policy with a passion for social impact and transformative learning.
Ashish Kaushik
Project Lead
Ashish is a graduate in Economics and Business Studies from Symbiosis International University, Pune.
He has served as a Consultant to the BJP State President, Haryana. Further, he joined the Global Village Foundation (GVF), Haryana as a programme team member, working on enhancing grassroots governance and administrative efficiency.
He brings a robust background in economics, public policy, and in navigating complex organizational and governmental frameworks.
