Human Educational Cultural Art & Rural Development Society
Empowering Communities, Transforming Lives – Since 1998
About Us
A 28-year journey of impact and purpose
Founded in 1998, the Human Educational Cultural Art and Rural Development Society (HECARDS) is a non-profit organization based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, dedicated to inclusive growth through health, educational, environmental, livelihood, rural development and sports related impactful initiatives.
HECARDS has worked across all the districts of Rajasthan from shaping government policies to implementing grassroots projects and CSR partnerships, we champion community-led transformation.

OUR VISION
A just and equitable society where every individual has the opportunity to grow, learn, and lead.
OUR MISSION
To empower marginalized communities through sustainable, inclusive, and culturally-rooted development programs.

We began in 1998 with a single belief: real change starts with people, not policies. What started as a small grassroots effort in Jaipur has grown into a statewide movement—empowering over 5 lakh lives across Rajasthan. From forming self-help groups in remote villages to influencing state policies on women and child welfare, our journey has been one of purpose, persistence, and partnership. We remain committed to walking alongside communities—not just serving them—with empathy, dignity, and action rooted in the ground realities of those we aim to uplift.
